"I wrecked my car on November the 9th. I was not at fault. I DROVE my car to the Collision center. On December 4th I called to check the repair status of my car they said they hadn’t even began to work on it. It was deemed totaled by state farm. No one told me my car was just sitting there. No one told me my car was totaled. In my ignorance I assumed no news is good news. My rental allotment of $600 had also ran out. Guess what, no one told me that either! I’m now paying for a rental car for another month because no one in three professional industries can communicate to the one person that is supposed to matter (me). If I had never called would any of them had ever contacted me? I thought full coverage insurance was supposed to take care of me. I thought State Farm was supposed to take care of me. I’m estimating $700-900 in additional rental fees because nobody can touch my car till mid-January. I also locked my keys in my rental only to find out State Farms road side assistance won’t cover my rental, so I had to pay for that out of pocket! No one from Glenn Gilberts office ever contacted me. I've talked more to the other insurance company than my own. Long hold times with corporate, and no one ever answers the phone at the local office. There has to be better service out there."
